Integrated my own personal heritage into the brand story to make the authenticity shine and borrowed Mediterannean design elements to create dynamic and interesting brand visuals.

About the Project

STASIO was founded with a clear vision; to bring authentic, high-quality apéritifs from the Mediterannean Ocean to aspirational consumers across the Australian coast. Families of Greece, Italy and Cyprus migrated to Australia and their cultures converged on the Fleurieu Peninsula, just south of Adelaide, South Australia. Their rich cultural identity lives on through this stylish blend.


The drink is far from exclusive – it is designed to be as accessible as possible to all drinkers, providing young adults with a delicious launchpad into the world of apéritifs. Our four flavours – Limoncello, Grapefruit, Bitters and Blood Orange – remain intertwined by key brand assets, such as our custom wordmark and the elegant whale of Encounter Bay, South Australia, leaping off the label.
